At Hadia Bookshop, we strive to provide the best products and customer experience. However, if you receive a damaged product, you may request an exchange under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchanges are only available for products that arrive in damaged condition.
• You must request an exchange within 1 day of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at sahar.virgo22@yahoo.com within the 1-day exchange period.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photos of the damaged product

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
• Products reported or returned more than 1 day after delivery.

4. Exchange Process

1. We will review your exchange request and the photos you provide.
2. If your request is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the damaged item.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
